Sight Selector Premium app for iPhone and iPad

The Sight Selector™ Applications are produced by Patient Education Concepts, Inc. and Eyeland Design Network GmbH and are for use by eye care professionals to help demonstrate various eye diseases, conditions and treatments to their patients. These programs are not meant to serve for definitive diagnostic purposes nor as a substitute for clinical judgments.

The Sight Selector PREMIUM version will no longer be supported as of April, 2015. There are two other Sight Selector Applications (LITE and Subscription) that have all eye topics and videos available. The PREMIUM came with a pre-bundled set of 50 topics which is no longer ideal.

Each individual topic within the Sight Selector LITE and Sight Selector Eye Subscription allows doctors and counselors to educate their patients using 3D images or narrated videos. The topics are divided into nine categories: Cataracts & IOLs, Refractive Errors, Laser Vision Correction, Wavefront Guided Procedures, Wavefront Optimized Procedures, Conventional LVC Procedures, General Ophthalmology, Cosmetic and Optical. In addition, these applications provide the user the ability to draw on the 3 D images, create and save video playlists and add their own custom videos to playlists. Only the Sight Selection Subscription App has the additional function of being able to print handouts of each topic via a wireless printer and customize the App within your device with your practice name.
